How it works?
RFID tags on your documents or files can be identified about 4 meters away by handheld devices. By that way, inventory of your archive completed in a short time and repeated frequently. Before inventory operation, information about the documents on your archive is transferred to handheld terminal and during inventory, located documents or files shown in green on the handheld terminal, others shown in red. Results of the inventory operation transferred to DOCUREF application on your computer via wireless network and all documents listed on that application.
If the document you are looking for is not at the right place, it becomes difficult and time-consuming process to find this document in the archive. In such cases, you cand send one or more than one documents selected via DOCUREF application to handheld terminal for location determination.Handheld terminal by providing audible and visible warnings assist to find the location of requested documents by ensuring getting approached there to till 5 cm.
By the help of remote reading perfection provided by the RFID technology, security controls can be done, during document discharging without permission from archive. If it is attempted to get out of a document from gate without permission, then alarm activates. System determines not only a material gotten out of without permission, but at the same time identity of material itself as well.
While getting out of a material without permission, SMS or e-mail may be sent at the order system of visual and audible alarms.
